President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky set a three-month deadline for allies to adopt the main provisions of the Victory Plan.
Zelensky summarized his meetings in Western capitals, where he presented his plan to other key allies. However, there are currently no signs of support for this strategy.
"Some partners expressed concern over the tight deadlines set by Zelensky, who at the end of September gave allies only three months to adopt the main principles of the plan," the article states.
Today, October 16, the president presented the victory plan in the Verkhovna Rada. The plan consists of five points and three secret appendices. According to Zelensky, if the plan is implemented, the war can be ended by the end of next year.
