A scout explained how Ukrainian soldiers fight in the forest like in 'Game of Thrones'.

Ukrainian soldiers in the Serebryansky forest in Luhansk are forced to fight in very difficult conditions. A military scout with the call sign Schumacher described this situation and showed photos from the front line. The forest, which once served as natural cover, has now turned into a fiery wasteland due to shelling, airstrikes, and forest fires. Working in such conditions is extremely difficult, and every step is fraught with danger.
Schumacher describes the difficulties faced in reconnaissance with great experience. Constant shelling and enemy attacks complicate even simple orientation in the area. He compares the Serebryansky forest to the forests from the 'Game of Thrones' series - scorched, changing daily, and evoking fear. Team interaction and non-verbal understanding are very important in such conditions.
The scout also mentions the importance of supporting his comrades and the lost lives of his brothers-in-arms. Dark humor helps them survive in this hell.
Serebryansky Forest
Serebryansky forest, also known as Kremin or 'the forest of wonders', is located near the city of Kreminna in Luhansk. After the fall of 2022, when Russian troops began active offensives, it became one of the hotspots on the front. Previously, this forest was a natural shelter and a place of rest, but now it looks like a ruined desert.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe reported that the U.S. temporarily halted weapon and intelligence supply to Ukraine. However, intelligence sharing continues. Maxar also ceased access to its satellite images for Ukraine in response to a White House directive.
