The Deposit Guarantee Fund disclosed new data on Ukrainians' bank deposits.


As of October 1, 2024, the total amount of individual deposits in Ukrainian banks amounted to UAH 1,325.7 billion, which is UAH 24.7 billion more compared to the same figure on September 1. This was reported by the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund.
Since the beginning of 2024, the total growth of citizens' deposits amounted to UAH 90.9 billion, of which UAH 54.1 billion is real growth (excluding revaluation of the hryvnia equivalent of foreign currency deposits).
From the total amount of individual deposits at the beginning of October:
- deposits in national currency — UAH 854.0 billion (+UAH 18.5 billion for September);
- deposits in foreign currency — UAH 471.7 billion (+UAH 6.2 billion for September).
The share of individual entrepreneurs in the depositor structure was 3.3%, and in the deposit amount structure - 11.1%. Their deposit amounts were UAH 147.8 billion (increased by UAH 3.9 billion for September).
