How the USA helps Ukraine to repair equipment at the front: details from DefenseNews.

American soldiers help the AFU with the repair of military equipment
American soldiers use the Signal messenger to help the AFU with the repair of military equipment. This is reported by the publication DefenseNews.
«Units at the front line in Ukraine face problems with their equipment and send messages to translators, who then pass these messages to the American military. The American forces organize video calls with Ukrainians to help them repair weapons», – the material states.
American experts are stationed at one of the seven repair stations in Poland, dealing with equipment ranging from howitzers to tanks.
The equipment in the workshop varies from howitzers to tanks, and repairs can last from a few hours to several weeks. Soldiers doing this work say it helps Ukraine keep weapons operational and teaches the USA to conduct repairs in field conditions.
«They (AFU, – «Glavkom») can repair there (at the front, – «Glavkom»), receiving support via phone», – said Lieutenant Colonel Nicholas R. Gowen, a member of the 16th Army Logistics Brigade, during a video call from Poland.
DefenseNews writes that the team in Poland refers to technical manuals and works with their own equipment to reproduce problems. This helps them more accurately determine the cause of the malfunctions faced by the Ukrainian military.
