Zelensky also criticized European companies that continue to supply essential components to Russia, threatening to provide evidence of such actions to European teams.

The Ukrainian president also demands a reduction in the price cap on oil to $30 per barrel to make it difficult for Russia to finance its aggression. Zelensky's address indicates the next stage of Ukraine's struggle for its rights and security amid the military threat from Russia.

Volodymyr Zelensky made a serious appeal to European leaders for support of Ukraine amid Russian aggression and called for concrete actions to end this war. His demands include strengthening sanctions against Russia and lowering the oil price to hinder financing of Russian aggression.
