Power Outage: How Students Will Study Without Electricity.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is preparing for possible issues in the educational process due to the energy crisis.
Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi spoke about the plans of schools in case of a possible power outage.
According to the minister, over 80% of schools in Ukraine already have alternative sources of electricity and heating. This will allow continuing education even with unstable power supply. Lisovyi emphasized that the government and the Ministry of Energy are working on optimistic scenarios to resolve the energy crisis.
In case of a power outage, especially with unpredictable schedules or emergency situations, schools may become the only place where students can continue studying offline.
For students whose schools do not have shelters, generators, or electricity supply, the Ministry of Education offers asynchronous learning. This will include using online resources, lesson recordings from teachers, and flexible solutions to ensure continuity of the educational process.
It is worth mentioning that earlier Ukrainians were informed on how to pack a "safety bag" for a student and what additional items to include in it.
