A Russian agent attempted to blow up a military enlistment center building in Odesa. However, she was detained by law enforcement officers nearby and explosives were seized; the woman faces prison Time.

Details of the case
A woman recruited by the enemy planned to plant an explosive device in the military enlistment center building at the moment of the largest crowd of people. Law enforcement officers detained her near the military enlistment center while she was heading there with a backpack containing explosives.
Immediately after the detention of the perpetrator, a controlled explosion took place at a safe distance: specialists from the explosive technical service were working at the scene. The suspect turned out to be a 53-year-old resident from another region. After arriving in Odesa, the woman surveyed the area around the object indicated by the customer and later received coordinates for the hiding place with explosives and instructions for their use.
What punishment is threatened
The suspect is being prepared for a notice of suspicion under part 2 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (attempt to commit a terrorist act in conspiracy by a group of persons). The woman faces up to 12 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
