22 Ukrainian companies engaged in innovative developments in the field of defense and security successfully finished the accelerator from SRI International. This program was organized with the support of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco.
According to the agency, over the course of two weeks, participants worked with American specialists, including representatives from leading universities, the Defense Innovation Unit of the U.S. Department of Defense, and consulting firms.
'The selection of these teams indicates the innovativeness of our country and our prudent strategy for technology development in the field of defense and security,' said Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Transformation Kateryna Chernohoryenko.
Participants of the accelerator gained valuable knowledge and recommendations from experts, as well as the opportunity to connect with partners in the defense sector. They also presented their products to investors from Silicon Valley. Over the next six months, leading American experts will provide mentoring support and assist participants in planning market entries and attracting investments.
