Business registration in the Diia app now takes only 5 minutes instead of 20, as reported by the press service.
Previously, enterprise registration was a complex and lengthy process that required many visits to state institutions. But now this process is significantly simplified.
Registration of a Limited Liability Company in the Diia app is now even faster. The team strives to constantly improve and update state services on the smartphone, so developers have made it seamless and added new functions, thanks to which registration takes only 5 minutes instead of 20.
Also, the following updates were made:
- Automatic determination of the ultimate beneficial owner - if the founder's share in the authorized capital is 25% or more, and he has a biometric document.
- All available data from registries is automatically used, allowing only the missing information to be added.
- User-friendly interface: adapted hints and optimized registration steps simplify the process and reduce the risk of errors.
To use the service, you need to:
- log in to the Diia portal
- fill out the LLC registration application
- sign it with an electronic signature
- if the applicant meets all the requirements, the LLC registration will automatically take just a few seconds.
Recall, Fedorov announced an electronic weapon permit and five more new services in Diia.
