On April 10, a helicopter crashed into the Hudson River near Pier 40 in New York City. According to FlightRadar, the aircraft was in the air for about 15 minutes before the crash. This was reported by 'Glavcom' citing Fox News.As a result of the incident, six people have died. According to CBS News, there were five passengers and a pilot on board, including three children.Witnesses told NBC News that they saw one of the helicopter's blades detach during flight. After hitting the water, the helicopter flipped upside down.Rescue services are working at the scene of the tragedy, and an investigation into the causes of the crash is underway.
It is worth noting that in France, two Alpha Jet fighter jets from the Patrouille de France aerobatic team collided during a training flight. This was reported by 'Glavcom' citing the country's Minister of Defense, Sebastien Lecornu.'An accident involving two Alpha Jets just occurred in eastern France during rehearsal,' Lecornu wrote on social media X.Later, the minister reported that the pilots were able to eject and survived.Earlier, we reported that a fighter jet of the People's Liberation Army of China (PLA) crashed during exercises in Hainan province, as reported by 'Glavcom' citing The Epoch Times.It was noted that the fighter pilot managed to eject with a parachute, while the aircraft almost vertically crashed into the ground and exploded.The Southern Combat Command of the army has begun an investigation into the incident and the cleanup of the aftermath of the crash.
