Tourist season in Odesa — how much does it cost to rent an apartment.

Despite the state of war in the east of the country, tourists continue to flow into Odesa, enjoying the sea, sun, and entertainment. Realtors are also keeping up, trying to meet the demand for rental housing. The popularity of apartments near the sea is leading to tension in the real estate market, forcing tourists to look for accommodation weeks before their vacation begins.
Apartment Prices
According to realtor Victoria Turoverova, the highest demand and, consequently, high prices are observed for apartments near the sea that have well-developed infrastructure. Arcadia, Zolotoy Bereg, and other areas of the Big Fountain are the most popular among renters, as there are beaches, restaurants, clubs, and other entertainment options here.
'It cannot be said that Arcadia is the most expensive. Everything along the Fountain: the 10th, 13th, 16th stations, French Boulevard, Lanzheron — this is roughly the same cost', explains the realtor.
At the same Time, families with children prefer locations near the 'Chaika' beach or Zolotoy Bereg, where they can relax quietly. Some tourists choose the Kyiv and Malinovsky districts for their more affordable prices, but they are not as popular due to the lack of entertainment and beach front.
'I do not have properties in the Kyiv or Malinovsky districts, but I think the price is somewhere around 1500–1700 Hryvnias per day in July', adds Victoria Turoverova.
Thus, the apartment rental market in Odesa is active, and prices depend on the location of the property and the level of comfort it can offer.
