Sweden will pay migrants $34,000 to leave the country.

The Swedish government has announced its intention to pay migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers approximately $34,000 for voluntary departure from the country and return to their homeland. This was reported by Newsweek.
According to the bill proposed by the "Swedish Democrats," those who leave the country will be able to receive a payment of 350,000 Swedish kronor starting in 2026. "We are now experiencing a shift in the direction of our migration policy," said Migration Minister Johan Forssell.
Currently, migrants can also receive a reward for voluntary departure from Sweden, but it is minor — 10,000 kronor per adult and 5,000 kronor per child, but no more than 40,000 kronor per family.
Sweden believes that receiving compensation will be most attractive to those who have been unemployed for a long Time or have low income and depend on state social support.
There is a big problem with ethnic crime in Sweden, where immigrants from Africa, Afghanistan, and the Middle East form gangs and engage in drug trafficking, theft, and crime.

In particular, 81% of respondents do not intend to move from their current place of residence, indicating stability and satisfaction with the conditions of stay.
