Is the strategic fertilizer plant in Sumy being ruined by a tolling scheme? Investigation.

Chemical plant in Sumy loses money due to a tolling scheme
According to an investigation by journalists on the "Censor" website, the chemical plant "SumyKhimProm" is losing a significant amount of money due to the tolling scheme of the company "Ukrminhim". Instead of independently purchasing raw materials abroad, the plant involves a middleman who sets inflated prices. The company "Ukrminhim" receives raw materials from European suppliers, helps inflate prices, and then earns $20-30 per ton from the sale of fertilizers, while the state plant loses $300-400 thousand from each delivery. This tolling scheme is controlled by Vitaliy Loginov, advisor to the head of OGKH.
For example, one of the contracts for the supply of phosphorites is cited, in which an inflated price is set. The real supplier of this raw material offers it much cheaper. Journalists also note that the phosphorites, which are referred to as Egyptian, are actually of Syrian origin. Thus, sanctioned goods from Russia are being imported.
