During a press conference after the meeting of the leaders of the 'Coalition of the Willing' in Kyiv, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer expressed serious concerns regarding the situation in eastern Ukraine. He emphasized that if the war continues and Russia refuses to negotiate, it will face the possibility of new sanctions being imposed.

Keir Starmer highlighted the importance of a 30-day ceasefire and the immediate start of negotiations without any conditions or delays. In case of non-compliance, demands will be made for Russia to sit at the negotiating table.
At the same event, French President Emmanuel Macron warned Putin of possible consequences if he refuses to ceasefire. Participants of the 'Coalition of the Willing' also agreed on the next steps regarding the imposition of comprehensive sanctions in the event of a breach of the truce, which will be coordinated by Americans and Europeans.
