Debunked RF Fake about CIA Endorsing Budanov for President of Ukraine.

Ukrainian journalists have debunked Russian disinformation about Kyrylo Budanov being nominated for the presidency with CIA support. This information was refuted by law enforcement and experts.

According to the publication SPRAVDI, Russian media spread this fake news as part of a general campaign to discredit Ukrainian leaders and institutions. This was stated in an official announcement from the publication.

According to confirmed sources, information about the possible appointment of Budanov has no evidence. At the same Time, Budanov himself emphasized that he has no political ambitions.

It should be noted that Russian media often fabricate and spread disinformation about Ukrainian military and political leaders to sow panic and mistrust among the Ukrainian population.

It should also be mentioned that Russian “fake creators” recently spread disinformation that Ukrainian military received an order from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to break into the Kursk NPP and plant explosives there.

Additionally, information about protests in Pokrovsk against the AFU is also a Russian fake, as stated by the head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadym Filashkin.
