It is complicated, but possible — Kellogg has an idea for Ukraine's recovery.

For Ukraine, receiving challenges after the invasion is a complex task for the country. However, according to U.S. Special Envoy Keith Kellogg, the experience of rebuilding Europe after World War II shows that such challenges can be successfully overcome.
Keith Kellogg expressed his position during the URC2025 conference in Rome, as reported by Interfax-Ukraine.
Kellogg's Plan for Ukraine's Reconstruction
According to the special representative from the Trump administration, to restore Ukraine, it is necessary to unite the efforts of the international community and develop a clear action plan similar to the 'Marshall Plan'.
'I remember from my student years the history of the American Marshall Plan... I think we need to do the same with Ukraine – restore what has been lost. It won't be easy... I believe we are ready for this', Kellogg noted.
He emphasized the importance of joint efforts to restore Ukraine's infrastructure and economic potential.
U.S. Actions for Ukraine's Recovery
It should be noted that the United States actively supports the recovery process in Ukraine. During Joe Biden's presidency, a special representative for the economic recovery of Ukraine was established. The State Department also created a working group on economic recovery, focusing on key projects.
An American-Ukrainian investment fund was also launched to develop strategic sectors such as oil and gas extraction and related infrastructure. This fund has become an example of successful cooperation between the two countries.
The U.S. representative urged the international community to collaborate on Ukraine's recovery, pointing out the importance of united efforts for the successful completion of this process.Read also
