Record results of NMT: an unexpected leader among subjects named.

Forecasts for 2025
The Ministry of Education and Science predicts that by 2025, about half a million applicants will apply to vocational and higher education institutions. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Education and Science Mykhailo Vynnytskyi during a telethon on July 3.
According to the deputy minister, today 125 thousand entrants have already registered their electronic cabinets. This opportunity became available for higher educational institutions on July 1, while for vocational schools, registration opened earlier.
NMT and Results
'We expect a total of up to half a million altogether, as this year, the graduate cabinets need to be opened for bachelor’s programs, vocational and technical, pre-higher education, master’s programs, and doctoral studies,' Vynnytskyi explained.
The deputy minister also noted that there were technical problems with Gmail mailboxes on the portal, but this issue has been resolved.
It should be reminded that the main session of the National Multi-Subject Test lasted from May 14 to June 25. This year, 317,083 participants registered for the NMT, which exceeds the indicators of 2024. The additional session will continue until July 25 for those who, for valid reasons, could not take the test during the main session.
As of July 1, the Ministry of Education received results for 13 out of 17 main sessions of the NMT, covering over 218 thousand participants. The results of the remaining sessions will be published later.
The largest number of participants who received the maximum score of 200 points was recorded in mathematics — 1,163 people. In second place is English with 765 maximum results, and in third place — Ukrainian language with 658 participants who scored 200 points. In total, 2,414 entrants scored at least one subject at the maximum score.

Registering an entrant's electronic cabinet will be possible until October 20, 2025, but the Ministry of Education recommends being guided by the deadlines for submitting applications to the chosen educational institution.
