eOselya Program: what housing is purchased by recipients of preferential mortgages.

The 'eOselya' program has already provided loans for housing to over 17 thousand Ukrainians, totaling over 29.1 billion UAH throughout the program's duration. In particular, in 2025, 2,778 people were able to become owners of their own housing, receiving a total of 5.1 billion UAH in loans. The government redirected the program's focus to purchasing real estate on the primary market, which led to an increase in the program's popularity among Ukrainians.
Over the past years, more than 1,600 families have benefited from the program, and the volume of loans issued continues to grow. The largest number of loans were issued in Kyiv region, the city of Kyiv, Lviv region, and Ivano-Frankivsk region.
This Ukrainian program has allowed many citizens to obtain financing for the purchase of their own real estate, which contributes to the spread of homeowners across the country, which is actively used by residents of the capital and regions.
