PrivatBank prevents Ukrainians from buying government bonds: what's the matter.

A PrivatBank client who tried to purchase domestic government bonds (OVDP) faced issues and delays, leading to the cancellation of the transaction.
He shared his experience on the Minfin portal.
According to him, the banking program worked incorrectly: the SMS message did not arrive, instead, a message appeared in the program's chat. The contact to the chat was also delayed - the specialist appeared after 15 minutes.
Moreover, further communication was ineffective: the bank employee spent another 15 minutes checking the possibility of video communication, but the video conference never took place.
The bank is driving me crazy, not allowing me to buy OVDP properly. It says an SMS will be sent, nothing arrives, but a message comes to the chat. The specialist connects to the chat for 15 minutes. Then spends 15 minutes to write a response in the chat, whether it's convenient to enable video. Then no one connects to the video for another 15 minutes
Disappointed, the client decided to cancel the transaction and close the program.
PrivatBank apologized for the inconvenience and reported that their specialists are checking the information and analyzing the situation. They promised to contact the client after completing the investigation.
"Our specialists are already checking the information and analyzing the situation, after which they will contact you. We apologize for the inconvenience," the message says.
Recall, PrivatBank explained how to receive additional cashback.
