A survey showed who in Europe wants Russia to win.

According to a survey conducted by the Central European Digital Media Observatory (CEDMO), it has been established that Slovakia has the highest support for Russia in the conflict with Ukraine compared to neighboring countries. 17% of Slovaks believe in Russia's victory, which significantly exceeds the figures in Poland (4%) and the Czech Republic (7%).
At the same Time, about a third of the population leans towards the idea of a temporary truce without a clear winner, and the same amount supports Ukraine's victory.
The study also showed that among individuals aged 65 and older, the desire for Russia's victory is stronger (24%), while more than half of young Slovaks aged 16-24 believe in Ukraine's victory.
It is noted that such beliefs may be influenced by disinformation narratives that are spreading in Slovakia. Politicians claim that sanctions against Russia are ineffective, and Ukraine has refused to supply gas to Slovakia, leading to a sharp rise in prices.
In January, a video created by artificial intelligence was widely circulated, depicting a seemingly drunk president of Ukraine, as well as a narrative that Ukraine is a fascist state that brutally represses Russian speakers on its territory.
Britain condemned Russia in the OSCE for the torture and execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war.
