Occupants are conducting troop rotations near Kharkiv.

Active rotation of the occupant's personnel and accumulation of reserves in the Kharkiv region
The Kharkiv region is witnessing an active rotation of the occupant's personnel and accumulation of reserves in the border areas. However, Russian troops are currently not forming a large strike group that could threaten a breach of defense or a large-scale offensive. This was reported by the spokesman of the Operational-Tactical Group 'Kharkiv' Pavlo Shamsin.
The Russians are currently very actively conducting rotation and replacing personnel involved in assault actions at the front. The enemy is also concentrating and accumulating reserves in the border areas with the Kharkiv region, but this does not create a sufficient threat of breaching the defense of the city of Kharkiv.
Russia has gathered enough troops to begin an offensive in the Sumy region. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier reported that the situation in the Sumy direction is tense, as the occupants are accumulating their forces, and more than 50,000 Russian soldiers have already been deployed to this area.
Tense situation in Sumy due to the concentration of Russian troops
In the conflict zone in Eastern Ukraine, there is an active rotation of troops and accumulation of reserves near the border. Although the Russian Federation is not forming a large strike group in Kharkiv, the situation in Sumy remains tense, as it is already known about the deployment of a significant number of Russian troops to this area.
