One region strengthens mobilization.

In the Chernihiv region, measures are being taken to strengthen mobilization. This was stated by the head of the regional military administration Vyacheslav Chaus during a briefing. He is not satisfied with the level of mobilization and noted that measures will be taken to increase it. He also noted that these measures will continue until Ukraine's victory.
The main goal of these measures is to provide an opportunity for already long-fighting units to rest and to demonstrate the strength of the army to the enemy.
Recall that Ukraine has passed a law that allows persons under the age of 25 to serve in the military. However, according to Ukraine's plans, by the end of 2024, there will be a mobilization of 200,000 new recruits, which is doubtful in terms of implementation. The opposition faces problems such as a decrease in the number of men of conscription age and resistance to mobilization among the population.
Currently, the mobilization age in Ukraine is 25 years, but there are proposals to lower it to 20 years. Ukraine's partners are also interested in why the country is not lowering the mobilization age.
