NYT has published a ceasefire plan for Ukraine.

Experts proposed a ceasefire plan in Ukraine
Specialists from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy have published a report examining the technical aspects of a ceasefire along the front line in Ukraine. According to the document, it is proposed to create a 10-kilometer buffer zone and an appropriate number of observers to patrol it. In addition, around 10,000 foreign military personnel may be required to ensure their safety. The plan also includes the establishment of a joint commission of Russian and Ukrainian military. However, experts express doubts about Russia's readiness to adhere to this agreement.
The document was developed by a team of experts from various countries, but their names are not disclosed. The complexity of the situation is also taken into account, as the occupied territory by Russia significantly exceeds the demilitarized zone between North Korea and South Korea, as well as the diversity of weaponry. This plan is associated with certain risks, but it is an important step towards resolving the conflict.
