A number of passenger trains of Ukrzaliznytsia will run with delays (updated)

Ukrzaliznytsia is introducing new train services on the routes Kyiv – Lviv, Kyiv – Odesa, Kyiv – Truskavets, and Lviv – Odesa. Temporary delays on the Carpathian route due to a freight train in Rivne region have led to some trains running an alternate route through Ternopil with a two-hour delay.

«If you have a transfer to UZ trains due to the delay, please inform the conductor or steward so that our dispatchers can assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience, work is already underway, and we will keep you informed of developments», Ukrzaliznytsia noted.

Additional services on other routes

In addition, additional services have been introduced between Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Truskavets. The company plans the following services: Train No. 291/292 Kyiv – Lviv – Kyiv; No. 265/266 Kyiv – Odesa – Kyiv; No. 159/160 Kyiv – Truskavets; No. 168/167 Lviv – Odesa.

It is also worth noting that the price of tea and coffee on Ukrzaliznytsia trains will increase for the first Time in six years, from 10 to 20 UAH per cup.
