The Ministry of Defense determined who will replace Hladkyi as the chief of staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces.

The Ministry of Defense announced the replacement of the chief of staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces command Roman Hladkyi. He will be replaced by Colonel Oleksiy Khalabuda, who is the former commander of the 28th separate mechanized brigade. This was reported by UP.
«Based on the results of the inspection conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine, it was determined that further tenure of Roman Hladkyi as the chief of staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces is impossible», – noted the Ministry of Defense.
On October 14, Roman Hladkyi was dismissed from his position and transferred to the position of reserve officer of the reserve battalion.
«This decision was made after observing all necessary procedures and thorough verification, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the unit and its ability to respond to modern challenges», – explained the Ministry of Defense.
DeepState experts claim that Hladkyi is suspected of treason, espionage, and corruption. Moreover, it turned out that his wife holds a Russian passport, and his daughter participated in sporting events in Russia.
Notably, Hladkyi's appointment was not made by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Vadym Sukharevskyi.
The Security Service of Ukraine stated that it did not conduct an inspection of Roman Hladkyi before his appointment as the chief of staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces command, as this is «not provided for by legislation» for such positions.
Roman Hladkyi no longer holds the position of chief of staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces command, which he received this summer.
