Almost 50 billion hryvnias: The Pension Fund of Ukraine made an important statement regarding payments to Ukrainians.


The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine reported that pensioners and subsidy recipients continue to wait for payments, although the funding process is ongoing.
As of April 22, 59.6 billion hryvnias have been allocated for pension payments. Of this amount, 9.3 billion hryvnias have been distributed through 'Ukrposhta', while 50.3 billion hryvnias have gone through partner banks.
Regarding housing subsidies and benefits, 5,888.4 million hryvnias have been allocated for them. A total of 2,710.4 million hryvnias have been directed towards insurance payments, including 1,457.1 million hryvnias for the payment of sick leave certificates.
Throughout April, the Pension Fund of Ukraine provided services to 742 thousand citizens who applied.
An expert noted a significant gap between Ukraine's income and European indicators.
