Municipal Collapse: Popenko Explained the Threat of Depriving Armor for Tens of Thousands of Conscripts.

Tens of thousands of Ukrainian conscripts have lost their armor following an audit of critical enterprises. This was reported by sources, as noted by 'Hvylya'.
The audit of enterprises concluded today, and as a result, 10% of companies lost their critical status.
Representatives of the TCK will now be added to the commissions that determine the critical status of enterprises. The Ministry of Economy will provide critical status to large enterprises, the Ministry of Energy to the energy sector, and the Ministry of Defense to the military-industrial complex.
For small and medium-sized businesses, control remains with regional military administrations, however, TCK representatives will work in their commissions. Currently, about one million people have a reserved job place.
Oleg Popenko, head of the Consumers' Union of Utility Services and an expert on housing and communal services, commented on this news. According to him, the situation may worsen since water utilities and thermal communal energy companies have already had the opportunity to reserve 50% of the required amount. The expert also noted that it is impossible to fill these positions with women. 'It is unclear who will repair and maintain everything in proper condition. The employment rate in the working positions of utility companies has decreased from 55-60% to 30%. And it will not be possible to fill these professions with women. Considering the age restrictions of these professions, most specialists are over 55 years old, even 60-70%,' Popenko wrote.
TCK will have the right to inform about the state of enterprises.
