Monetary assistance for injury or death of a serviceman: the main mistake named by the TCC, due to which payments are delayed.


According to Colonel Serhiy Sayenko's message, servicemen who have sustained injuries during service and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine are provided with the opportunity to receive a one-Time monetary aid from the state in the amount of over 1.2 million UAH.
Servicemen who have suffered injuries or the families of fallen Ukrainian defenders can expect generous monetary assistance from the state. To receive this aid, it is necessary to submit the required set of documents, including a report to the commander of the unit, a certificate from the Medical and Social Expert Commission or a decision from the Expert-Consultative Polyclinic Commission, a conclusion from the military medical commission, a commander’s certificate, copies of the passport, identification number, and consent for personal data processing.
Determined amounts of assistance for disabled individuals and families of the deceased
- Group I disability – 1,211,200 UAH;
- Group II – 908,400 UAH;
- Group III – 757,000 UAH (if injured while performing official duties);
- Families of fallen servicemen have a simplified procedure for registration under government resolution No. 168. They must submit an application, consent for data processing, copies of the passport, identification number, and a certificate of no criminal record.
Detailed information about the procedure can be obtained from the command or Territorial Centers for Comprehensive Service, which will facilitate a faster and more effective payment of monetary assistance to those in need.
Colonel Sayenko announced the possibility of receiving significant monetary assistance from the state for servicemen and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine. This assistance will help support those who have been injured or lost a loved one while performing their duties.
