Drones attacked the Smolensk Aviation Plant: why it is important for the Russian Federation.

The Russian aviation plant in Smolensk was attacked by drones
Last night, the Smolensk Aviation Plant in Russia was attacked by drones, reported Andriy Kovalенко, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council.
Kovalенко noted that this plant is engaged in the production and modernization of military aircraft, particularly Su-25 attack aircraft. It also provides major repairs and maintenance of aviation technology, allowing the Russian Federation to maintain the combat readiness of older aircraft models.
This plant is closely connected with other enterprises of the Russian defense complex, supplying components or participating in cooperation to create modern aviation systems
Kovalенко emphasized that each attack on this plant will affect Russia's ability to keep its aviation in a combat-ready state.
Moreover, according to some sources, aviation cruise missiles X-59 are produced at this plant, which Russia uses to attack our country almost daily.
It was previously reported that as a result of the drone attack, several high-rise buildings in Smolensk experienced problems with electricity and water supply.
Furthermore, drones attacked an oil depot in the city of Liski, located in the Voronezh region. This was reported by the governor of the region, Alexander Gusev.
He noted that the air defense systems managed to destroy the drones, although one of them fell on the territory of the oil depot and caused a fire.
As a reminder, the full-scale war has been ongoing for the 1063rd day.
