The weather for residents of the Kyiv region is deteriorating, meteorologists warn.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reports that Kyiv residents can expect cloudy weather with clearings, light rain, and wet snow. The wind is blowing at a speed of 7-12 m/s from the northwest.
It is also important to be cautious on the region's roads due to possible icy conditions.
The temperature throughout the day will fluctuate from 1 to 4 degrees Celsius. In Kyiv, temperatures of 0-2 degrees Celsius are expected at night and during the day.
Meteorologists have analyzed that a frosty anticyclone, Beate, will bring temperatures down to -10 degrees Celsius over Ukraine.
