Will men under 24 be allowed to travel abroad? Details from Venislavsky.

Member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky proposed an initiative to raise the age limit for men traveling abroad from 18 to 23-24 years. The goal is to prevent youth from staying abroad for a long Time due to martial law.
“There is an agreement with various factions in parliament that this issue needs to be addressed so that we do not lose our youth who leave for abroad and cannot return,” remarked Venislavsky.
There is also a consideration to lift the restrictions for Ukrainian students abroad for family visits. These issues are already being considered at the legislative level and may be resolved in the near future.
The statistics on schoolchildren traveling abroad are not as frightening as it seems
Deputy Minister of Education and Science Mykhailo Vynnytsky noted that the outrage on social media about the mass departure of Ukrainian schoolchildren abroad does not reflect reality. According to official data, the situation regarding the youth's departure abroad is not critical. It is also important to emphasize that men transporting humanitarian and medical cargo will be able to cross the border under the new government rules.
The Ukrainian parliament is considering changes regarding men traveling abroad, particularly raising the age limit and supporting the preservation of ties for Ukrainians studying abroad with their families. These initiatives may be an important step for the strategy of retaining the younger generation and supporting connections with Ukrainian citizens abroad.
