A man in Kyiv sang Russian songs in the subway. He was fined.
According to court documents, on June 24 of this year, the defendant loudly sang in Russian on the train. Thus, the man disturbed public order. As a result, the police drew up an administrative protocol against him for petty hooliganism.
The court's decision
During the court session, the accused admitted his guilt, repented, and asked for the minimum fine as a punishment. The man was found guilty - he has to pay a fine of 51 hryvnias and over 600 hryvnias in court fees.
