The Ukrhydrometcenter reports frosty weather with no precipitation in the Kyiv region.
Cloudy weather with cool temperatures is expected for this Time of year. At night, temperatures will drop to -5°C, so it is recommended to wear warmer clothing when going outside.
During the day, the temperature will rise to 2°C. It will be even warmer in Kyiv with temperature readings from -3 to 0°C.
The wind will be easterly at a speed of 3-8 m/s, providing favorable conditions for movement.
It is recommended to dress warmly and have heating items with you. A festive, yet calm day is expected in the Kyiv region.
